Do I need an existing Meta Business account?+
You need a Facebook Business Account (free, takes five minutes to create if you do not have one). Lynkist handles the WhatsApp partner side via its verified BSP partnership — you never need to apply directly to Meta.
How long does setup take end-to-end?+
For teams with a verified Facebook Business, end-to-end setup including the first sent message typically takes under an hour. Teams that need business verification first should plan for 2–5 additional business days for Meta to review documents.
How is pricing structured?+
Lynkist charges a flat platform subscription based on team seats and workspace tier. WhatsApp itself charges per conversation, which we pass through transparently with no markup. See the Pricing page for current details.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?+
Yes, as long as the number is not currently active on the consumer WhatsApp app or the WhatsApp Business app. If it is, you delete the existing WhatsApp account from the device, then the number is free to register on the Business API.
